· Email Enter your email address

· Name   Enter your Name & Local

· Click on Submit

· Click on PARTICIPANT

3. Be sure to have your printout of Course Slides 1-24.

4. Call on Phone 866-285-7778 and enter access code 2100465 when asked

to hear the training session and be able to ask questions.
